Country of residence.
Date of birth.
Place of birth.
Country of birth.
Nationality.
Activity, occupation, or profession.
Official and valid identification data (voter ID, driver's license, or valid passport).
Marital status, if applicable.
Compliance opinions issued by the SAT, if applicable.
Compliance opinions issued by the IMSS, if applicable.
Compliance opinions issued by the INFONAVIT, if applicable.

4. SENSITIVE, FINANCIAL, AND PROPERTY PERSONAL DATA WE COLLECT

At Grupo Traxión, S.A.B. de C.V., we do not collect sensitive personal data categorized as "sensitive."

5. TRANSFERS/REMISSIONS OF PERSONAL DATA WITHIN MEXICO AND ABROAD

Your personal data may be transferred/remitted and processed inside and outside the country, to authorities, subsidiaries, and/or affiliates of the Responsible Party.

6. MEANS TO EXERCISE THE RIGHTS OF ACCESS, RECTIFICATION, CANCELLATION, OR OPPOSITION (ARCO) AND/OR REVOCATION OF CONSENT

Mechanisms have been implemented to exercise these rights, as well as to revoke your consent for the processing of your personal data through the submission of the respective request to the Responsible Party, either in person at the address provided or by sending an email to the previously mentioned address.
