At Traxión we are convinced that companies have a responsibility to fight corruption. This is key to promoting a corporate culture that is based on doing business in an ethical manner, away from those corrupt practices that do so much harm to the business sector and Mexican society as a whole.
This is the reason why Grupo Traxión’s Board of Directors has ratified its commitment to Ethical Business Conduct and Zero Tolerance for Corruption and Bribery, by approving its Anti-Corruption and Integrity Policy.
As part of this commitment, we promoted the creation, development, and implementation of an Ethics and Anti-Corruption Compliance Program applicable to every department and company that is part of our Group. The program adheres to all new legal requirements and to best international practices.
It is designed to detect, anticipate, and mitigate any risk of corruption that Traxión could face, proving that we are an ally of the cultural change required to build the kind of society that the Mexican people want and deserve.

- Authentication: We verify the identity of both the server and our clients.
- Message privacy: All traffic between server and client is encrypted using a unique code. Each code is used exclusively with one client during connection, and the code itself is also encrypted with the server's public code. These layers of protection ensure that the information cannot be intercepted or spied upon by non-authorized third parties.
- Message Integrity: The content of all communications between the web server and the client is protected against alterations. Both extremes involved in the transaction know that what they see is exactly the same as what was sent by the counterpart.

Reporting Line
Reporting Line
The Reporting Line is a formal, safe, and accessible means of communication for reporting internal irregularities or potential acts of corruption. It ensures its own independence, the confidentiality of the information, and anonymity for anyone who makes a report.
This is all supported by operational processes and policies with clear escalation guidelines, depending on the seriousness of the report. It also establishes the framework for reporting to the Audit Committee, from the moment the report is classified and until it is resolved.
