Fondo de Transporte México, S.A.P.I. de C.V., with registered office in Paseo de la Reforma Avenua, 115/17, Lomas de Chapultepec, Mexico City, Mexico, C.P. 11000 (hereinafter referred to as the "Company" o "the Company"), in compliance with the Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data held by Private Individuals (the "Law") and its regulations, will be responsible for personal data provided to the Company or any of its subsidiaries.
The Company undertakes that all the obtained data will be processed under the strictest security measures to guarantee the confidentiality of such information.
In accordance with article 8 of the Law, we require your express consent to process your personal data. If you do not express your opposition the processing of your personal data it will be understood that you give the Company your express consent for it. The Company undertakes not to process these data for purposes other than those set forth in this Privacy Notice, except in the case of exceptions provided for in article 37 of the Law.
